Please be informed that all returns must be in like-new condition, with all protective plastics intact and with all original packaging materials included.  We check every watch that is sent back to us and cannot accept returns of watches with signs of wear or marks on the case, crystal, and/or strap.

Brew watches are guaranteed under a limited one-year warranty against any manufacturer defects.  Damage caused by mishandling, tampering, or accidents will void your warranty.
