We mainly ship all orders via FedEx Express. For USA orders, it will typically take 3-5 days for you to receive your watch. For international orders, it will normally take 4-6 days. Outside the USA, taxes and customs fees are not included. We ship via USPS for USA P.O. Box addresses.

12 MONTH WARRANTY

The warranty on our products is one year from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Brew Watches.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You may return your Brew watch within 14-days of your receipt.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for new items, without signs or wear or damage, in the original packaging. For more information, please visit & fill out the watch return form.
