What is your return policy?

You may return your Brew watch within 14-days of your receipt.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for new items, without signs or wear or damage, in the original packaging. We check every returned watch for signs of wear or marks on the case, crystal and strap. Please fill out the watch return form. We certainly understand that you want to try the watch on your wrist, but all watches must have plastic protection adhesives intact and still adhered to the watch. Sizing and removing bracelet links would invalidate a return. We do not accept slightly worn watches for refunds. If the watch is in perfect condition, we will refund the total cost for the watch. Please do not wear the watch if you believe it may be defective. If there is any sign of use, we cannot accept the return and we will send it back to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Brew is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

What is your warranty?

Brew watches are guaranteed under a limited one-year warranty against any manufacturer defects. Please fill out the watch return form if you encounter any issues. We will respond with specific instructions on sending the watch back for any servicing required. Warranty must be authenticated with proof of purchase and/or warranty card. Damage caused by mishandling, tampering, unauthorized repairs or accidents will void your warranty. Warranty is nontransferable.

Are Brew watches waterproof?

Brew Automatic Watches are water resistant up to 10ATM (100 Meters) Do not swim or dive with your watch as they are not waterproof. The Brew Chronograph models are rated up to 5ATM (50 Meters). Please ensure that you rinse your watch with distilled or tap water after exposure to salt or pool water to rinse off any salt-water or chlorine that can be corrosive to the watch gaskets. Refrain from wearing your Brew watch in hot tubs, showers and saunas as the various components used in the manufacture and assembly of your watch expand at various rates. The rapid change in temperature when entering a hot tub can result in a loss of the sealing capabilities of gaskets, which may allow moisture to enter.

Is there a physical watch showroom?

What is a hybrid movement?

A meca-quartz movement is a hybrid, with two distinct mechanisms working in partnership: in a meca-quartz chronograph, the timekeeping functions are controlled by a quartz movement, while the stopwatch functions of the chronograph are recorded by a mechanical module. Both functions are powered by the same battery. Meca-quartz builds on the strengths of these two types of movements: the accuracy of quartz with the crisp feel and performance of a mechanical chronograph. Compared to a conventional fully-mechanical chronograph, a watch with a meca-quartz movement can be slimmer, more durable, and more reliable, cheaper to maintain and faster to service.

What if my watch stops working? (Automatic Version)

Please check that the watch has full power. It can be powered both by wearing the watch and by winding the watch crown clockwise (~25 times). Either way works well. This watch has a power reserve for approximately 38 hours. If the watch is not worn for approximately 38 hours, it will slow down to a halt.

What should I know about changing the date on an automatic watch? (Automatic Version)

It is important to note when advancing the date - please do not adjust the date between 9pm–3am (while the date gears are in motion to change the date). All other hours are safe to change and should give a safe quick-set change.

What if my chronograph watch hand stops after 60 minutes? (Chronograph Version)

The chronograph timer measures 60 minutes elapsed after being engaged. You can read the minutes elapsed on the left subdial. After 60 minutes has passed - the main chronograph hand in the center will stop and reset to '12' o-clock.

Why doesn’t my chronograph watch hand reset to ‘12’ o-clock? (Chronograph Version)

The right 24 hour subdial is directly correlated to the main time and does not operate independently and does not reset to '0'. For example, if it is 12PM for the main time - it registers at 12 on the 24 hour timer subdial. HERE is more information on the watch.

How long does the battery last? (Chronograph Version)
